Ms. Nixon serves as President of Health Guide America (HGA) and is responsible for new business opportunities, development, and public relations activities. Ms. Nixon also is President/CEO for Your Partners in Quality, LLC. She has over 30 years of health care management and consulting experience in strategic planning, facilitation of focus groups, executive services outsourcing, managed care oversight, product planning and implementation, health claims, and health care quality improvement.

Jutta Ulrich serves as Vice-President and Treasurer of Health Guide America. She has oversight of operations, including finances and meetings. She is also responsible for the website, research, and programs, coordinating the Arizona Healthcare Consumer Connection and consumer education projects. Ms. Ulrich has over 25 years of experience in education, communication, and program administration. She currently works for the Arizona Department of Economic Security in the Division of Aging and Adult Services, coordinating the Arizona Direct Care Workforce Initiative and home-and-community-based services.
